This article will focus on How to make slime without glue. Glue allergy is not an excuse for not having fun while making slime. The only disadvantage with this form of slime is that it does not last for a longer period of time like the regular slime.
Method 1
What you will need;
- Liquid dish washing soap
- Sugar
- Salt
- Mixing bowl
- Spatula
Procedure;
- Pour the liquid dish washing soap into the mixing bowl.
- Add two teaspoons of sugar or more depending on the amount of slime you want to make.
- Mix using the spatula.
- Gently sprinkle salt as you continue to mix
- The slime will continue to form as you add the salt. So do not add to much salt at once or else it will become too sticky and heavy.
Method 2(Baking soda)
What you will need;
- Aloe Vera gel
- Liquid dish washing soap
- Baking soda
- Iodized salt
- Mixing bowl

Procedure
- Pour the aloe Vera gel into mixing bowl
- Add 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- Use the spatula to mix
- Add a few pinches of baking soda
- Gradually add the salt and continue stirring until the slime forms
- Transfer the slime to a clear container and leave it to clear up.
Method 3(Corn starch)

- Corn starch
- Hair conditioner

- Food color or dye
- Gloves
Procedure
- Measure equal volumes of cornstarch and hair conditioner
- Transfer to the bowl and mix until you get a consistent dough
- Use your hand to knead
- Add food color of dye though this is optional
- Use gloves to mix the slime with the dye

- 2 tablespoon fiber
- Water

- Microwave
Procedure
- Put the fiber into the mixing bowl and add some water.
- Use the spatula to mix
- Place in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds
- Continue mixing with the spatula to get a slimier consistency
- Add glitter to improve the appearance.
Method 5 (Hair Gel)

- Clear shampoo
- Corn starch

Procedure
- Add both the hair gel and the cornstarch in even ratios into the mixing bowl

Method 8 ( Yogurt)
What you will need;
- Plain unsweetened Yogurt
- Cornstarch

- Food color or dye
Procedure
- Put one tablespoon spoon of yogurt into the mixing bowl.
- Add three tablespoons of cornstarch.
- Add a few drops of the food color or dye.
- Use the spatula to mix everything together.
- When the ingredients are no longer sticking to the sides of the bowl, start kneading and remember to use gloves to avoid staining your hands.
- Continue kneading until a chunky slime is formed and can easily be stretched out.
- Remember to caution your kids that this form of slime is likely to go bad within a few days. It is not edible and is only for playing. After playing it can be kept in the fridge for a few days
- Remember to discard the slime when it starts to go bad.
